For those of you who haven’t heard of Richard Bolles, he’s the author of one of the best selling books on job hunting that has ever been written. What Color Is Your Parachute? (and its annual revisions) is relied on by many to help ease their job hunt or job transition.

I recently found a promotional video that was posted by his publisher that provides some of his basic advice (taped for the 2009 edition). And while there isn’t any “new” information here, his words about hope in the job hunt strike a chord with me. Take a look.

Enjoy!
