I&#039;ve found that when the environment/vibe/culture is right, asking this question can allow you to address some concerns immediately, as well as in follow-ups (thank you letters, second rounds, etc.). But, there is definitely some risk with the question.  So, it&#039;s not something I typically suggest for novice interviewers or every industry.</description>
